These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oriventra Capital platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Services are not offered to residents of jurisdictions where digital asset services are restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you.
2. Account registration & verification
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and complete identity verification (KYC) where required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Digital asset services
Oriventra Capital offers access to digital asset investment plans, staking positions, and portfolio tools. Prices are sourced from third-party market data providers and may differ across venues. Digital assets are not legal tender, are not insured by any government deposit scheme, and may lose value.
4. Fees
Applicable fees for deposits, withdrawals, and investment plans are disclosed within the platform prior to confirming a transaction. Network fees charged by underlying blockchains are passed through and are non-refundable once broadcast.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in prohibited activity.
6. Risk acknowledgement
You acknowledge that digital assets are volatile, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that you may lose some or all of the value of any position you take. See our Risk Disclosure for further detail.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are owned by Oriventra Capital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriventra Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party outages, or actions taken based on information displayed within the Services.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
